Goals
The Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission (PFBC) hired us to create an awareness campaign to reach out to under-represented segments of the fishing and boating population, including Black Americans, Hispanics, women, and Gen-Z.
Tactics
- We devised a flexible and modern concept that speaks to the language of our target audiences.
- We worked together with PFBC to invite groups of friends and families from our diverse audience segments to enjoy fun fishing and kayaking experiences. This enabled us to capture authentic and natural video footage and photos that we could use in the campaign.
- Our creative team produced over 150 static and dynamic assets that depict different situations and personas from our diverse target audiences.
- Additionally, we developed a new website to engage with these audiences in a more accessible and friendly manner.
