PCA Stands for You

Getting older is a beautiful, natural part of life. And when you hit life’s third chapter, don’t you want someone looking out for you? That’s what the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging (PCA) is all about—helping older adults and those with disabilities maintain their independence. Mendoza had the opportunity to help them raise awareness with vulnerable folks and their caregivers. Right in their communities, and in their own languages.

A campaign for the ages.

When younger generations stop supporting older generations, society stops generating value. Mandela said that, or something like it. This campaign took the literal meaning behind the “PCA” acronym and flipped it figuratively to reflect what the company represents: community, connection, safety, and security for Philadelphia’s aging community.
We took a hyperlocal approach and introduced PCA’s services across Philadelphia County. That included airing videos on top programming CTV viewed by adults 55+, particularly Black Seniors, and partnering with community organizations in Black, Hispanic, Asian, and Senior communities to organically boost the campaign on their social media channels, venues, and events.

In other news…

We also landed a feature story on 6ABC’s “The Art of Aging” as well as the NBC10 “Welcome America 4th of July Celebration.”
