Mendoza's Story

keyboard_arrow_right

Mia Mendoza, CEO and founder, had an epiphany during a layover in a Puerto Rican airport: she had the insight, impetus, and straight-up guts to build something that acknowledged and empowered America’s underserved communities.

And so she did.

We were founded as Pennsylvania’s first multicultural marketing and translation agency. Today, we have evolved into the region’s first full-service intercultural marketing agency, helping organizations engage all audiences through integrated marketing, language services, and accessibility solutions.

Intercultural marketing begins with a simple belief: our cultural differences matter, and so does what we have in common. Together, we build on the values, experiences, and perspectives that shape us, we uncover the shared human truths that make communication more relevant, authentic, and effective. Whether your audience is broad or niche, regardless of the language they speak or their accessibility needs, we develop integrated communication solutions that build trust and inspire action across communities, cultures, and generations.
