Mia’s inspiration for Mendoza was the result of a layover in the airport in Puerto Rico. “I realized the dire need to help companies understand, trust, and learn more about how important cultural connections are to Hispanics, and I knew then that I was the one who was going to do it.” Mia’s unique pairing of creative and sales experience is the skill set that has fueled the creation of hundreds of innovative concepts and strategies for multilingual branded campaigns throughout the U.S. She has led the launches of award-winning brand campaigns, signature guerilla marketing and some of the most unique advertising strategies for companies that have earned their place as some of the most influential leaders in the industry. Mendoza is anything but your typical advertising agency. Whether it’s helping a lending institution find its value proposition or coaching Jim Perdue in a Perdue Chicken Spanish recording session, Mia proudly admits that she is exactly where she wants to be.
Don’t let her puppy eyes fool you. Mother of dogs, she can go paw to claw with Khaleesi any day.

Pete honed in on his love of advertising as a Penn State Nittany Lion. He got his degree in advertising and public relations in 2001 before receiving an MBA in marketing strategy from the University of Maryland in 2009.
Over his 25-year career, he's lent his advertising chops to campaigns at the international, national, and local levels. Pete has composed and executed integrated marketing strategies for clients like the Pennsylvania Department of Health, the Pennsylvania Tourism Office, Wal-Mart, AT&T, BMW, the University of Maryland, Cedar Fair Entertainment, WellSpan Health, and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. He even worked closely with Mendoza for several years on the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania media services contract, so joining Mendoza full-time was a natural next step.
Pete believes that marketing is equal parts art and science - when done right, it should engage audiences to elicit a reaction. When he’s not overseeing impactful campaigns, Pete can be found at concerts, on long hikes, or seaside on a quiet evening.
