Delaware County was the most populated county in Pennsylvania without a health department. As Delco residents, we were beaming with pride when Mendoza was chosen to lead its brand identity development and first awareness campaign to deepen the public’s understanding of what the Delaware County Health Department (DCHD) does for its residents.

Introducing: Delco’s new dependable health department.

 

DCHD needed a brand identity that could make a strong first impression. So we developed a warm, modernized look that didn’t feel like a traditional, outdated health department.
 
 
We then blended those design elements with messaging that acknowledged the top community concerns. This combination showed Delco that they now had a local resource that understood the needs of its diverse residents. The PR strategy got the word out across 42 key digital and traditional local publishers.
